Hi, I’m Amanda Huynh!

I’m an Australian-born Vietnamese woman, proud ADHD-er, meditation teacher, and just a gal who loves to dance.

I tried my first weight loss diet at 15 years old - the lemon-cayenne cleanse. This was the start of years of restrict-binge cycling, and subsequently, weight cycling. I eventually lost weight but then found myself in a trap of anxiously counting calories and punishing myself at the gym.

It was only when I started intuitive eating and joyful movement that I stabilised my weight and found true body freedom. No longer at war with my body, the wisdom I now receive from my body is profound. This sparked my passion to help others achieve the same freedom and honour, especially those with PCOS.

I’ve experienced firsthand how the conventional medical system often dismisses women’s concerns when it took me 5 years to get diagnosed with ADHD. And I was infuriated when my best friend received dismissive treatments like ‘just lose weight’ and ‘take the Pill and come back when you want to get pregnant’ for her PCOS. This fuelled my determination to specialise in PCOS. I wanted to offer what the conventional system often fails to—compassionate, effective support that truly listens to women and AFAB’s needs.

That’s why I created the PCOS Body Freedom program—to offer a space where people feel truly heard, supported and empowered with the tools to regulate their periods, boost their energy, and transform their relationship with food and their bodies.
