Hi, I’m Amanda Huynh!

I’m a Vietnamese settler on Wurundjeri Land (Melb, Aus), proud ADHD-er, meditation teacher, and just a gal who loves to dance. 💃🏻

In 2020, I made my best friend a PCOS nutrition hamper for her birthday—only to discover how fatphobic and dismissive the medical advice was: “Lose weight, take the Pill, come back when you want to get pregnant.”

What’s worse…

I saw diet culture preying on people with PCOS, pushing “quick fix” weight loss plans that only led to bingeing, shame, and worsening symptoms. 🤬

I felt a pull to bridge the gap between hormone balancing nutrition and intuitive eating to help people heal their PCOS, without restrictive diets.

As an escapee of the 5 frustrating years of the restrict-binge cycle myself, I knew it was possible.

That’s why I created PCOS Body Freedom — to offer what the system fails to:

  • A space where people with PCOS are empowered to take proactive action and heal their PCOS holistically.

  • A safer space where people with PCOS in bigger bodies feel accepted, respected and valued as they are.

  • A gentle approach to nutrition that balances health and pleasure.
